In a comprehensive two-hour session, our team will visit your home to optimize your device's settings and features, ensuring you maximize its potential. Prior to our visit, clients will complete a pre-visit questionnaire that allows us to assess specific needs and tailor our approach accordingly.
Additionally, for $20 per item, GenConnect will connect other compatible devices listed on their Amazon suggestions list. These devices include voice-compatible home appliances, enhancing the overall smart home experience for seniors.

For those new to smart technology, we offer a two-hour installation and upgrade service for one Alexa device. Our experienced team will handle the installation process and customize the device settings to suit your unique needs. We emphasize understanding each client's requirements through a pre-visit questionnaire, allowing us to provide a personalized and effective setup.

Educational Group Sessions
Our educational group sessions are tailored for seniors and their caregivers, focusing on the effective use of smart devices. These two-hour mobile sessions can take place at your location, providing hands-on training and support. Our knowledgeable youth-led team will guide participants through various features and functionalities, empowering them to utilize technology to enhance their daily lives. Each session is limited to 12 attendees to maintain a personalized learning environment. Additional attendees can join for $50 each, ensuring that families and friends can participate in this valuable learning experience.
Senior Rehab Facility Package
This partnership package is specifically designed for senior rehab facilities as part of their exit packages. It includes one educational visit per month, lasting two hours, to prepare families of exiting patients for a smoother transition back home. Our team will focus on teaching families how to support their loved ones in effectively using smart technology at home. Additionally, rehab facilities will receive a 15% discount on installations and upgrades for their exiting residents, ensuring seamless integration of smart devices into their home environments.
